This book is designed to get you into
the 8% category of a successful sale by owner. This book is as
comprehensive as I can make it with over 20 years experience as a
Realtor®. There will be some topics that you want more information
on and I have provided links throughout to get you the help you
need. If you have a GENERAL QUESTION about something I have not
covered in this book and not one that is specific to only your
circumstances, then, please email FSBO questions. I will answer all
pertinent emails and/or supply you with a link to the best solution
I can find.
This is not meant to be a fun book;
rather it is packed with the most relevant detail about selling your
house on your own. This does not mean you can't have fun being a
FSBO. Selling a
house and getting it to close can be hard work but if you follow
along, you can have some fun along the way. In fact it can be
downright rewarding, not just financially but the sense of
fulfillment I, as a professional, get when a house closes is second
to none. Imagine how you will feel doing it for yourself. Some of
the steps can be scary, frustrating, silly, boring and in some you
can get your creative juices flowing.
I take writing this book very seriously and I feel I would have
shortchanged you if I did not give you all you need to hear, boring
or not.
