Go back and contact your Lender team member. Let them know you have settled on an asking price and you need mortgage information for your house.
They will put together all the different financing options available, including “no money down” if the buyer qualifies. They should put this on one sheet with their contact information. You are going to copy this onto the back of your flyer.
Do you remember I asked you to write down all the information which attracted you and your friend to the house when you were standing across the street? You are going to use this now as the basis for your info sheet. You need to list important interior features as well.
Let’s get started.
The best flyers are the simplest. A lot of Realtors® and FSBO’s try to stuff too much into their flyers instead of highlighting the features that have Saleability.
Start with one good photo of the outside of the house. If you have a digital camera, you can play around with the results until you get the perfect framing. The size should be no more than 4X6 inches. Once you have the perfect picture, on to the layout.
You can do this on Word® or any other word processing program.
Copy this type of layout or design your own. It should be laid out simply; you are selling your house, not your artistic ability.
For an example, check the next page.
Or you can use the flyer template given as a bonus with the eBook; sorry not available in the print edition
