Well, before you get stuck into this book, I have to tell you a little about myself and why this book will be of help in your endeavor.

I did not start with an introduction page as most people skip over that, and I think what I have to say here is important!

I am a licensed Real Estate Broker and Appraiser in California. I obtained my Sales license in 1986, my Brokers license in 1990 and my Appraisers license in 2004.

Some people tell me that writing this book is a self destroying project and harmful to the millions of Real Estate Agents out there, as I am still actively involved in Real Estate.

Rubbish! I know for a fact that more than 92% of all homes sold in the U.S. will be sold by an agent or a “help you sell” type of company.
