As you can see, there are a lot of things you need to get info on.
There are companies who will prepare Natural Hazard Disclosure Reports for your property and they include most or all of the other disclosure forms you need for the sale. The cost of this is around $100 and you can find some nationwide companies at:

Not all of the above are strictly “disclosures”, some of them are just certifying that things are in place, like smoke detectors.
Talking about smoke detectors, the local laws vary widely on this; where they have to be installed, what type etc. You need to check that you are in compliance as this has happened to me at the last minute with a seller in a condo complex not having a “hard wired” smoke detector that was required.
He was told what was needed and indeed installed them on the ceiling, but he did not hard wire them. It delayed closing for a week to get an electrician and have the condo re-inspected for compliance at a further cost to the seller.
Depending on local laws and custom, you may also have to get a survey done to prove your property’s boundaries.
